The SE 4-cylinder engine series, that is based on the proven and trusted 4-cylinder Monoblock concept of Steyr Motors, has been further developed and especially designed for more torque at lower speed. Though this series was intended for installation with sterndrives, it still remains combinable with other propulsion systems. With its patented 2 stage unit injection system, Steyr Motors’ marine engines always fulfils the highest safety standards and is SOLAS approved too. This makes the SE 4-cylinder engine series highly suitable for pleasure boats, work boats as well as rescue applications.
